Loan officer was very thorough. He explained everything carefully. I have belonged to this credit union for a long time. I never have a problem. They are so kind and helpful.

I have been a member of the American United Federal Credit Union for several years and always been very please with their service. I have not had any problems with my checking account statements. I especially like their fraud alert every month and the online banking.
My business was handled promptly and the teller even did some extra checking for me and emailed me with the results. I didn't even ask him to do the extra work, he did it on his own initiative. Very commendable!
