Due to the movers' negligence, a number of my possessions were scratched or ruined. It was startling how unprofessional and careless they were. When I voiced concerns, they responded dismissively, and they failed to take the necessary safeguards during the relocation.
The quality of the storage service was unsatisfactory. After a month of storage, I eventually received my belongings, although some of them were damaged. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates because there was a lack of contact throughout the process. Despite the affordable price, the entire experience was underwhelming.
I highly recommend **not utilizing this company**. We now sincerely regret the choice we made to engage them for our move from Philadelphia to St. Louis. When we first asked for a price for 40 boxes, they gave us a quote of $3,000. But when the movers showed up, we found that they had only provided a price for 20 boxes, and the updated amount came to $6,200, which was over twice as much as what we had been given! The worst mover ever! Poor communication, sluggish service, and broken furnishings. Fake five-star reviews are the lifeblood of any business.
The service was completely different from what I had anticipated, even though I selected this firm because of their excellent reviews. The crew did not appear to care that a number of my possessions were harmed. I attempted to fix the problem, but I got neither an apology nor payment. The business seems to deceive clients by using phony five-star reviews. I will never utilize their services again because I have learned my lesson.
