We purchased a refrigerator from American Inc. The salesman was good, but the shipping service was terrible. They walked into our house from outside without wearing any protection on their shoes. The result is our hall way and carpet is mess and dirty. I called the customer service right away, but no one was there. Left the message and of course never hear from them. Thanks God, we did not buy the furniture from this company; otherwise, our whole house carpet may need to be cleaned.

I bought a love seat and a week after I received it I noticed the material coming apart so they send a tech out to sew it back together, Now since march, 6 months ago, the back of the right side broke and when you sit on the chair it pulls you to the right far side making you sit side ways. I had a tech out 4 times and having to pay for a tech to come out and still it isn't right. it still makes you sit side ways and with a bad back and neck it makes it painful to sit on that side of the chair.
