These folks are predatory as hell they don't explain how high the interest is , since they have had management change the customer service level has dropped from excellent to lower than the moment when dog crap turns white. I would not recommend or advise anyone to have anything to do with this nightmare of a company.
The lady in the front was very sweet. Super easy to talk to and the loan application was an overall easy process. Would highly recommend

The lady at the front desk is very condescending and rude. She does it with a smile, but doesn’t change it. If you’re already embarrassed for being in a tough spot, don’t go here unless you want to leave feeling worse.
