I was referred to American Trim & Glass by my auto repair shop, who advised that they refer all their cars to them.The seats in my Excursion were badly worn and ripped in some spots and the armrests were cracked and worn.Roy did an AMAZING job and vastly exceeded my expectations. Took car in for new headliner. What a mistake!!!!! Shoddy, sloppy, dirty workmanship. Did not perform as promised, even AFTER defects and flaws were pointed out (before leaving shop). Got "bums rush" out the door and told material would be reordered and job redone. Will call when material comes in...3 months later, no material. Just as well, I would not let him re cover my umbrella now. 60% of trim "tabs" inside car are broken!!
