Absolutely awful experience. I called because my dog was locked inside my vehicle in the Arizona heat with the engine and AC off. I explained that it was an emergency, and the person answering the phone immediately kept putting me on hold. He did this about three times while I was desperately trying to get someone out there. I literally had to yell that THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY before he seemed to understand the urgency of the situation. Completely soulless response to someone calling in a genuine emergency. This guy tried to run us off the road right now in a 35 mph zone, zipping around us, and then turned into the walmart parking lot- swerving near people that were walking , going at least 20 mph. How awful for someone driving something so large, and while driving a company vehicle..very scary!
