Austin at American towing has been wonderful to work with. He is super helpful. I will give him a five star rating and beyond he goes above and beyond for his clients is super friendly to work with a very people oriented. Great customer service.
Used GEICO roadside and they sent American Towing. Mike showed up and gave me a jump as well as some guidance on what to do next (I needed to replace my battery). He's very pleasant to chat with and a super personable guy. If GEICO tries to send someone else, I'd pay these folks out of pocket just to make sure I got service like this again. Thanks so much!
The driver was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. I would never recommend this company.
