The over weight woman in the will call department is extremely rude for no reason at all.
Forever to unload. Arrived 45-minutes early. They started me 15-min before my appointment. Speculated 3-hours. Dude about finished in promised time then left end of shift for “the new guy” Figured extra half hour. Asked manager walked over and promised 30-minutes. 30-minutes passed, he’s gone, unloaded won’t respond to Me at the truck. Went back in to ask. I don't understand why these guys take so long to unload drivers. Shipepr loaded my driver with the same tires in 1.5 hour and these guys took 4+ hours to unload. Should not be having these kinds of businesses if they are too slow at unloading and wasting drivers time. Missed my next load because of these people. Should not be in business.
Wish I could give no stars. I’ve delivered tires before so I know it’s an all day unload affair. Still booked load & headed from CA up to WA. Got up here appointment time was at 6 am & I Arrived at 6:30 bcus of heavy snow & winds. Loraine or however you spell her name, never even looked at at BOL to even see what load I had said I was late & need to contact my broker. I left & thought about it.
