TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Carpet padding began to separate within months of installation. After trying to call them about the issue, they REFUSED to come our to check the problem. I had to call our builder out to take a look at the issue. THE PADDING WAS SEPARATED. It's not rocket science. They kept saying that it was a foundation issue and they didn't know what the padding separated. As a customer, you just want the problem fixed. They dragged their feet, failed to return phone calls.
