When our old telephone system suddenly went out, we randomly called America Technology Solutions from a google search for Avaya partners. The representative was very helpful and took the time to help us troubleshoot the issue even though we were not his customer. He was honest with us about repair costs and provided information for alternative solutions. When we decided to convert to VoIP we did not look elsewhere and contracted with this company due to their responsiveness and excellent customer service.
