The owner is amazing very professional. This Building is for rent.
We were transported by cab #0744 from MSY and the driver was very rude. She stood around and did not assist placing our luggage in the van. Once in the car, while allowing passengers to cross the street exiting the airport, she stated where is all these colored folks going? What is going on here? Mind you she is colored herself. I wish I would have read other reviews before I used this cab service. I also got scammed by one of their drivers. This guy said the credit card machine was down and used Square on his phone. I saw that he overcharged me only after I had already paid and tipped him (in cash).
I didn't want to put a one star because he did get us there in a reasonable time, even though it was 3am and no traffic. I called, was told the $36 price (then texted saying he'd do it for a lower price) he dropped us off and then asked for the $36, got angry that I said he or the company texted me saying $25 and showed proof, he pretended to not know what I was talking about and act like the number he called me from wasn't his.
