Excelente personal, tengo mas de 15 años haciendo mis taxes en este lugar y nunca he tenido ningun problema.
A couple of years ago, I could not find that our returns (both Fed and State) were received at corresponding levels. I called Ameritax to see what the issue was--why they had not finalized the process. All I was told was that they should have been received. Lo and behold, the day after I called, I all of a sudden was able to find our info for both under corresponding websites. It has happened, again, this year.
