Been going here for years without any issues. This year 2026 was different. Receptionist was rude when I dropped off taxes for family member. Then when we called to ask a yes or no question staff was also rude. I messaged them to let them know my experience they were not helpful at all. Alejandra told me I could gladly go elsewhere to do our taxes. With this attitude they will not be successful.
