Last month while waiting behind someone to become a potential customer, (based off a recommendation) I overheard a lady named Sandy (I asked the person I was waiting behind if they knew the name of the rude lady) who works there belittling the receptionist in another room. This Sandy lady was so unprofessional and rude to the receptionist that I decided to take my business elsewhere and leave. That poor receptionist deserves better and deserves much more respect.
