I been going here for bout 3 years and everytime I go I have no problem she breaking down all the information for me where I can understand it she a great tax person.
I was not happy with my experience at American Taxes. I was quoted one estimate on my taxes and I received a totally different amount than expected. But instead of them trying to rectify the situation. I was ignored and hung up on. They don’t have to worry about that again cause I will not be back. My opinion just file on turbo taxes cause you will come out better doing it yourself instead of losing money for free

CROOKS! Please do not use them or let anyone in you know use them! Been using Wesley Kroll (owner) for almost ten years and he's done so many sketchy illegal things on peoples taxes to make money.. My husband and I, my sister, my dad (who I all told to use them) are all being audited. I currently owe $7k back to the IRS and state.
