The worse service in the world. I filed five month ago, they never where in office and if she was nobody would help me. You can't just call the IRS like it's pizza hut and get answers. Finally, after treating with calling the law I got my tax papers. The last thing the manager said after typing someones name that doesn't work there anymore and typing today's dated , she said no lawyer will help you. So that is how they treat people.
Extremely unprofessional.
They is very friendly and trustworthy. They don't take forever tryna file your taxes nor do they rip you off. I love Em nd I just started filling with them , the Manager is the bomb. Y'all go nd file with them today and leave happy . Have a nice day
