Inaccurate information, incompetent service, a bad branch for a great bank. On a day when my time was limited, I was told that all branches can NOT add additional people to an existing bank account. After a drive to Hull, the bank where the account was opened, we learned that any branch could have performed this service with no issue despite not being the opening branch. That individual's false information and incompetence cost us an additional 35miles of travel plus service time resulting in being late for other appointment... read more
