She half completed my taxes. Told me they were finished and took my money. Come to find out that neither of my state tax returns were done and she hasn’t answered my many many calls or texts for 3 months. Her read receipts are on though so obviously she’s fine and getting my messages. 0/10 do not recommend
WARNING DO NOT USE!!! American Star Tax stole thousands of dollars from my grandpa. Thousands of dollars taken out multiple times a day and multiple times a month! I can’t even believe how much this company took. Taking advantage of older people.
