I would never use this company again. I ordered a cab over 30 minutes ahead of time and the cab never came. When I called to find out where it was the dispatcher told me it was on its way. I tried explaining that I needed to catch a train (the last one back to the city) and he hung up on me! I tried calling back several times and was repeatedly hung up on.
