The Dover branch never EVER answers the phone. You can call at any given time, and not a soul will answer. I'll be so glad when I no longer have to make my car payments here each month. ugh
Was good back 10 yrs ago when Marie ran dover branch. Now myself and people I recommend their people tired of the poor service now been at the bank 18 yrs and everybody so busy . Soon too leave if the service get any worse very sad . Seems like the don't value there costumer say they will call you back never do always have too keep calling them times won't answer phone. This use too be a very good bank but it's not too me anymore.
Recently called the bank to find out how much notice I would need to give the bank to withdrawl 20K out of my account for a motorhome I was going to purchase ( buyer said he would only accept cash...) I was told by the bank that they would only give out 3K per day. I never heard that rule before. I have filed a complaint with the FCU CAC.

Amazing service! The tellers are welcoming and kind with smiles on their faces. They provide fast service and enlightening to meet throughout my time being at the credit union. They give out great energy for the rest of my day when I come into the lobby. I will be coming here for the years to come.
