On Tuesday 12/2 at 10 am, numerous flyers on doors and windows said to use drive-thru. I gave completed slip via tube to one teller and second sent cash out. No slip, no envelope, no receipt. Counted the money and it was $500 short. Alerted the teller and she requested all the money back and then returned the correct amount. Again with no receipt or envelope.
