Staff was very helpful setting up business and personal accounts
My mom had someone fraudulently empty her accounts. This bank has refused to refund her even after filing a policr report. They've treated her like she was in on her money being stolen. Shes 80yrs old and wouldnt just give all her money away. She has done everything she can and they still wont refund her.
I like the Calle Portal location. Ervie was a pleasure to deal with and I always look forward to coming into this branch. Smiles all around , great people!
