DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THIS STORE...... PLEASE! Save your money and shop somewhere else. I am a professional furniture buyer, and I was informed, that I do not know my colors. I purchased a slate blue/gray bed-frame and the bed-frame that was delivered was deep chocolate brown. I was told that the fabric changed color on the way to my delivery location! Need I say more.
They Sell horrible quality furniture. Sell a warrantee that in the end barely covers the cost of the warrantee it self. Customer Service is Horrible. Do your self a favor stay away. Bought 3 sets of couches all failed and the "Extended Protection Plan" will refund $300 for a sofa that was $1599 on the second year (protection is for 3 years). Cost of the protection plan was $139 on top of the cost of the couch. Don't waist your money.
I had a great experience with American Signature. I bought all of my house's furniture from there, and I'd say its probably the best value in mid quality/price furniture. The only furniture I'd say would be definitely better are true heirloom pieces. If you are furnishing your whole house, they usually have really nice promotions you can take advantage of, and all of the delivery costs are tied together.
