We recently purchased a sofa and loveseat from American Signature Furniture, and I highly recommend working with Valerie. She was exceptionally friendly, patient in answering all of our questions, and very knowledgeable. She made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. UPDATE: Not too pleased with delivery. They gave me a date, then called and cancelled to another date, then said only the loveseat came in, have to wait another week for the sofa. A bit unorganized.

STAY AWAY! Worst buying experience ever at American Furniture on Blanding. From the second we walked in, they pushed for a sale. I’m furnishing my first apartment and came with my mom, yet after seeing my credit score they tried to rush me into signing without her — even though she’d been involved the whole time. I was ready to spend nearly $10,000, but they kept making “errors” — four or five in total — including a $200 discrepancy the manager couldn’t explain.
