Val was AMAZING. She was so welcoming and helpful without being pushy. She was so knowledgeable and kind. She was even so sweet and caring to our infant. We got the mattress we have been wanting and are excited for it to arrive!
We recently purchased a sofa and loveseat from American Signature Furniture, and I highly recommend working with Valerie. She was exceptionally friendly, patient in answering all of our questions, and very knowledgeable. She made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. UPDATE: Not too pleased with delivery. They gave me a date, then called and cancelled to another date, then said only the loveseat came in, have to wait another week for the sofa. A bit unorganized.
