I’m not sure where to even begin with this store. Uneducated sales staff, terrible customer service, sneaky and dishonest managers... the list goes on. The only good thing about our whole buying process was the contracted delivery guys! Yes, I said contracted, which means they aren’t even employees of American Signature (which is why they actually have a clue about what’s going on). Absolutely loved the experience. Zero pressure. You’re able to wander around and explore your options privately while having a team member ready to answer questions when you’re ready. Debra helped us out and is so accommodating. Would recommend this store to everyone, not to mention the selection is one of the best I’ve seen and the prices are unbeatable.
Bought a mattress and bed furniture along with the warranty 10 months ago. The mattress started to concave in the center. Called AS they sent someone out to check the mattress to make sure the mattress defect would be covered. Never heard back from them 2 days later went to the store on university pkwy. Was told we could pick another mattress because the one we bought was no longer in stock and we would have to pay a delivery charge. I was upset by that and make it known. Horrible customer service. Totally incompetent workers in this dept. Salespeople are pretty good, though.
I am so happy to have my new furniture. this store took GREAT care of me and the delivery was second to none!!! I'm so proud to have my new look in my house!!
I just received my adjustable base bed and mattress from ASFurniture. Excellent experience, from my salesperson, Bob B to the delivery team. ( I am on the 3rd floor with no elevator- they did great). I would highly recommend American Signature of Daytona Beach. The customer service was great and fast!
No service, waste of time. Go somewhere else. The selection is ok, prices ok, service none existant.
We brought a set of sofa with 6 pillows last July, 2 months later all the thread around pillows fell apart, went to the store requested new pillows since March 8. As of today August 14 2016 we still haven't received any new pillows. Every time we called we get different answers! My question is how long does it take to get it? 6 months? A year? Very frustrating
Good prices on bedroom sets and dining room sets compared to many of the others on Barrett Parkway. Definitely worth comparison shopping.
