Bought a mattress and bed furniture along with the warranty 10 months ago. The mattress started to concave in the center. Called AS they sent someone out to check the mattress to make sure the mattress defect would be covered. Never heard back from them 2 days later went to the store on university pkwy. Was told we could pick another mattress because the one we bought was no longer in stock and we would have to pay a delivery charge. I was upset by that and make it known.
