I’m not sure where to even begin with this store. Uneducated sales staff, terrible customer service, sneaky and dishonest managers... the list goes on. The only good thing about our whole buying process was the contracted delivery guys! Yes, I said contracted, which means they aren’t even employees of American Signature (which is why they actually have a clue about what’s going on). purchased 2 white leather recliners in may 2012.we never buy extended warranties but the salesman really pushed it,saying for $50.00 per chair it is covered for 5years no questions asked,no matter what happens.so for that small sum we decided to go ahead and do it.in feb.2015 I noticed the headrest area on both chairs the leather was cracking and since we are only in florida for 3 months a year,I calculated the chairs only had 7 months of use when I called them.after many phone calls,sending pictures,sending out a warranty c... read more

Furniture is great and the follow up repair service is as well. Office personal for delivery are terrible. Good luck getting your furniture delivered. It has been 3 weeks and they call and start arguments but will not tell you when your furniture will be delivered. I have paid for delivery and all I get are broken promises. I told them when they figure it out give me a call. They call and argue about why they cannot deliver the furniture. This is crazy. Ordered a whole house of furniture from these folks. Six weeks later, I'm still waiting for something to sit on. Just cancelled the order. They really don't care either - they'll sell it to someone else should it ever come in. Customer service is snarky and not at all interested in "service" of any type. Lucky for me, there's a furniture store on every corner in Fort Myers!

i purchased a three piece furniture set from american signature on february 25 and was told that i would receive it april 30 and then i was told that the chair in my set was not able to be abtained anymore and i would have to pick put a new and then if i was to do so i would have to wait until may 21st and that wasnt even a 100% sure thing so i have to say that i got a full refund yea they may have a great sale going on but beware and know of what you are getting and make sure you get it
