I had an extremely frustrating experience with American Signature Furniture at their Fort Myers, Florida location. I purchased several pieces of furniture, including a bedroom set and a recliner, a sofa and love seat for the living room. My wife Anne and I visited your store and was assisted by Josephine. Just wanted to say even though we didn't by anything she was very pleasant and knowledgeable! She took her time to show us around and and even spent time looking for a particular type of sleeper sofa we wanted. She even solicited the manager in the search! She deserves 5 stars for her very customer focused attitude! Thanks Josephine! David and Anne Reich .
sad place thay don't give a shit. order a couch 5 mo still no couch. Went there yesterday. Got my money back still did not give a shit. Sad customer service
The worst service ever!!!! Pls dont waste your time there. We had issues since we walked through the door of the store and at the end, my order delivery date was pushed out once and they werent sure if they could meet the date. This place has bad service, bad quality and bad delivery. - 10 stars
A rude, disrespectful and hyper-aggressive Female store employee embarrassed me and stalked me while I was in the store and I ended up having to leave. Jacksonville, Florida has no mask mandate. Apparently this over zealous, rude and disrespectful employee had nothing better to with her time but stalk me down in the store and demand that I wear a mask or else I would have to leave, I said ok, I'm leaving, then she began telling others in the store how sorry she was that I was unmasked. Always responded to calls immediately. If we had a problem with the furniture they immediately fixed the problem. We had a bed for some time and they returned it for full price for us and we got a different bed which we absolutely love and we both have bad backs and our backs feel so much better. Very honest and trustworthy and supportive. Cleo in back office is awesome. Really knows all about great customer service. Management was also incredible.
I would completely agree. I purchased a full bedroom set from this store. They brought 3 different sets and all were damaged. The delivery guys were extremely rude and it took forever for a store manager to offer any apology or slight discount for the thousands of dollars of damaged goods given to me. The worst furniture buying experience I have ever had. I sent an email to corporate detailing my ordeal and didnt even get the courtesy of a reply. Stay as far away from this store as possible!
Buyer beware. Poor quality materials and no support. They do not stand behind their products and refuse to repair theme even if you offer to pay. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go to another store.
