I purchased my Living Room set at American Signature. My salesperson helped me in a friendly manner that was not aggressive only trying to help me with my need for furniture. My home and furniture were damaged during hurricane Matthew. This was a welcome surprise since I have been dealing with contractors and insurance company for the past several months. Thanks American Signature for your genuine help and support.

Order completion – love the furniture we have received and love the furniture we bought , but really disappointed we haven't received the biggest part of our order and it's been six weeks. We were told at the time of purchase 3 weeks. Now at double the promised time they still aren't sure when they can get our merchandise to us. I will not buy from this retailer again. So disappointed in their service!

very bad service – am so dissapointed with this store, we purchased all our living room furniture from here with a warranty that cost us over $200 and then when it came to having some repairs there was no phone number to contact for service and so I went back to American signature and there reply was "i'm so sorry that you are not happy but there is nothing we can do to help you" So I have a damaged sofa and no way to repair it, so much for their 7 year warranty, they sold me lies and bad service.Never will I purchase from t... read more

The ONLY Place I'd Go For Furniture I went in to replace my living room furniture which was destroyed by last year's flood. I previously tried Sticks N Stuff, then Rooms to Go, but the furniture, although cheap, started falling apart within weeks. When I walked into the store, I was greeted by salesperson, Jeff Copeland. He asked if he could help me and then respected my space when I told him I just wanted to look around and he said I could ask for help any time. A Great Furniture Store! We had bought a loveseat. When we got home it had a flaw in the back of it and the leg had broke off a little. I called and told the sales lady. She just told me they would have to order another one for us. They were very happy to make it right with us. We went to pick the exchange up which was on Sept. 20th and the gentleman helping in the return was very helpful. We will return to purchase other pieces of furniture.

I wish I could live in your store! I loved my recent experience with the folks at American Signature Furniture in Franklin, TN! Courteous, knowledgeable staff who steered me in a direction that saved me money while still getting beautiful furnishings. I loved that! I do want it all and wish I could have it all. For now I am enjoying my black lacquer bedroom suite. Thank you ~ I'll be back.

Extremely poor customer service – I had been looking at the MorganTown dininng set for MONTHS. It has ALWAYS been $599. On 12/27/10 My husband and I went to the store to purchase it. Keep in mind we didn't NEED a table, I just WANTED a new one. I had also found a coupon for $50.00 via the internet of the exact same table, not expiring until 12/31/10 but the price was $699. Good Place to Buy Furniture I have always had a good experience when I shop here. The staff has always been helpful but not pushy. They are friendly and don't linger while you are shopping. The prices are good and seem to be very reasonable for what you get. I will visit them again when I need something else and have recommended them to others.

No customer service – I am very disappointed in the customer (lack of) service provided by American Signature Furniture. I bought a sofa from there and when we got it home, we found there was a leg missing. I called the next day and told them about it. They argued with me over whether or not the leg was actually missing or just not supposed to be there in the first place! 3 days later they ordered the part and 26 days later, we are still without it.
