One year ago, June 2024 I purchased two black leather Burke reclining sofas. About six months or so ago I started noticing a worn spot where people sit on one of the sofas it had a year warranty so I called them up. They said A service person to look at it. I had an extremely frustrating experience with American Signature Furniture at their Fort Myers, Florida location. I purchased several pieces of furniture, including a bedroom set and a recliner, a sofa and love seat for the living room. A few days later, I received the bedroom set and the recliner, but two other pieces were missing from the delivery which I was aware of When I called to confirm the rest of the delivery, I was told one piece would arrive on December 9 and the other wouldn’t arrive until March 2025. Great experience at the American Signature Furniture in Duluth Georgia. the salesman was very helpful and took care of us right away. The rocking reclining chair we purchased is very plush and comfortable. When I picked up the chair Kaleb was very helpful, very professional. Thanks again!
Terrible customers service, ever changing delivery dates, very difficult to cancel unfulfilled orders. Ordered a 9 piece dining set in May. Table arrived in June, and 6 chairs in July. We were told remaining 2 chairs would be delivered in September. In Sept. we're told it will be Oct. From Oct through Dec made 5-6 calls, each time told they would check and call us back. This was the Worst EXPERIENCE EVER! This company waisted my time and money! The item I placed and paid for APPARENTLY DIDNT MAKE IT ON THE TRUCK!? After taking off work, this is what they tell me the day before my item was scheduled for delivery! I canceled the items and the customer service lady was SO RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and DISRESPECTFUL! My wife Anne and I visited your store and was assisted by Josephine. Just wanted to say even though we didn't by anything she was very pleasant and knowledgeable! She took her time to show us around and and even spent time looking for a particular type of sleeper sofa we wanted. She even solicited the manager in the search! sad place thay don't give a shit. order a couch 5 mo still no couch. Went there yesterday. Got my money back still did not give a shit. Sad customer service
The worst service ever!!!! Pls dont waste your time there. We had issues since we walked through the door of the store and at the end, my order delivery date was pushed out once and they werent sure if they could meet the date. This place has bad service, bad quality and bad delivery. - 10 stars
