Horrible customer service! Extremely disappointing, poor customer service, conflicting informattion, false promises and lies. On March 3, 2012 after much thought and consideration, we selected and paid in full a red leather-like sofa sectional only to discover during check out it was not in stock but would be in on March 31 and could be delivered April 7. Came in ready to get quite a few items for a condo but nothing was in stock whether at the store or distribution center. Next availability was almost two months out for sofa & accent chairs.
Service here is crappy. Furniture is crappy. Won't be back
Beware of some if the sales people, they will stalk you around the store like vulchers.
