I never write reviews, but after waiting 6 months to get service on my chair, only to find they had gone out of business or no longer servicing my area, I could not believe it. I am wondering if they are really in business. I bought a go go scooter there and now need some help with it not holding a charge. I was there on Feb 7th to check with them about it and sign on door gave me the hours of operation but no one was there. I tried calling and left a message for them to call me but received no call. Do they even care to attend to business or to help their customers or is it a fly by night business.
Had a driver cutting off school buses in the Spokane Valley almost hitting one. Several buses with students on board saw him giving the buses the finger.
I have an awesome service technician hes plromp, through, and explains in detail so I know what is going on with my chair. I'm always glad to see him. Thanks Michael for your great work on my chair.
