Always had a positive feeling for ASB and its employees until I met the loan officer; this has been the worst experience of my life! He is definitely not a positive employee for the banks future.
I have used this bank since I was a child and have financed college, 2 new homes and other ventures here. I have never had a complaint or problem and am very satisfied here. I have no reason to ever need another bank, I can do everything I need to right here at ASB!!!
Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. This is my kind of hometown bank. Couldn't ask for better service or a more knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this bank to anyone.
We are very proud to be customers of American Savings Bank. Several months ago we had the misfortune of a stolen checkbook. The people at American Savings worked with us and for us to make this frustrating experience seem like a "bump in the road!" It's more than a bank to us, it's people who are our friends.
