Our business has used them for banking since they've been opened until they decided to go digital. Was one of our favorite branches. Staff they had were very helpful. We now found another financial institution that meets all our needs.

This digital branch is amazing, can do pretty much everything I need, and fast! Although it’s a digital bank, when you deposit cash, the ATM counts it right there and confirms the amount. There was no line, and the best part is the friendly and knowledgeable staff! April Lopez assisted me, she is so amazingly helpful, and she even sent me a follow up email to let me know the updates to my account were complete. I am closing my account with this bank because i was charged a return payment fee by two banks in the mainland by paying online. They said my checking account isn't enrolled for bill payments? Its a checking account. Isn't checks used for payments? Are you for real? It was a one time payment. Even if i already have an online account with them i still have to inform them that i wanna use it for PAYMENTS? Does that make sense to you?This ruined my day....totally...
