1 Star for their malfunctioning ATM. Story time I need to pay rent this weekend and went to use the ATM to withdraw cash (I've used this ATM for years). I put my card in, entered my (correct) PIN, and was going about my business when an error message popped up and said, "Sorry, due to a technical error, we cannot return your card." WHAT? Lol. Customer service is great but it’s not a full service bank, more of an atm machine. You can deposit but you have to have your debit card. I wasn’t able to deposit cash with my ID.
