Shout out to Keiki! Or Kiki? Not sure how to spell it but she has the best customer service on the phone! I’ve had her help me a couple times and she is very clear and helpful. If I don’t understand something, she is patient and will walk through step by step until I get it. Very knowledgeable and professional!
Best Banking experience in awhile. Super friendly and helpful staff. Unlike a bank that starts with F... *....B... I'm not sure if today was a fluke day, or that it just isn't busy, but all the staff were very kind and helpful.
