I opened a savings account. Have very little money I deposited 200.00 into a new savings account. I ran out of money took the 180.00 out of my savings account. Have 20.00 in account. Went to close out my savings account to get back my 20.00$ was told had to wait 6 months to withdraw my 20.00$ a few weeks later, or pay a penalty costing cost to me a total of 40.00$!
