Kehalani Foodland Branch 105 is awesome! They have Imee Asuncion she goes by Mimi she was extremely helpful! I tried to pay my rent online and had issues so I had to get a check and it was my first time filling out a check she explained how to do it in depth and showed me how so it isn't something to stress about highly recommend this branch and this worker !!!
If you have mainland business to conduct, they will close your account. The branch approves items. The back office when the deposits are allocated to process, will freeze your account. The left hand and right hand do not know what they are doing. The branch manager will promise to call and update you, it’s all words. Would not recommend this bank to anyone. I closed my accounts.
