Brian of American Roofing and Restorations is first rate and worthy of an unqualified recommendation. We own a historic (circa 1908) building in Windsor in need of new gutters and fascia. It was a challenging installation as the building is very tall (3 stories.) His crew did a phenomenal job navigating the various challenges this property presented. New roof, a few windows, and some painting due to hail damage. Roof and windows are completed. Painting soon. Excellent work so far and great cooperation with insurance.
Brian was very helpful in replacing our roof and in working with our insurance company to get our claim processed and paid. He was quick to respond to questions and messages left. His crew did a good job and left the property in great shape. Brian did a great job of keeping us informed on the time line and did exactly what he said he would do.
Great service and product
Our experience with American Roofing and Restoration was excellent. We had issues with the city that required the job to be stopped mid completion. When a storm caused interior water damage due to the storm (and because of the city stopping the job) the interior repairs were immediately addressed and solved to our satisfaction. Every step of the way Brian was immediately available when we had any questions or concerns.
