Amazing customer service! My first time looking into a entry level roadbike. They took the time to explain how it all works. Showed me how to change a flat. Let me ride around and test out the bike. They even have military discount! I love this shop for all aspects of service and help. The prices are in line with msrp and no mark up. If you are shopping around for other brands, keep in mind that GIANT actually builds and manufacture other big name bikes like Specialized.
every time I come into the shop i'm greeted with cheerful service and am always given good deals on parts i need. if they happen not to have the part or don't carry something i need they always have a recommendation for another shop with good service. all in all they're just a great friendly place to go to if you need parts, or need help with your bike in general.
My little fix it shop... guys are always ready to help and knowledgeable in all aspects of the maintenance for your bike...
I 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants to do business with honest hardworking individuals. It is a small business that values it's customers as I have experienced first-hand. I went in there just to get my handle bars wrapped and the owner's son adjusted my breaks quickly and capped my break wires for free. They took the time to explain what I might want to have done in the future but isn't necessary at the moment. I have been to many other bike shops and this by far is my favorite.
