This place cares about two things and two things alone. Scalping people with no other options. And badgering people into giving 5 star reviews before they even get the keys.
Q was GREAT!! Very patient, great service, friendly, and personable. We Will be renting from this company again, and won’t be thinking twice. Thanks again!!
Quinton was fantastic!!!
Quinton was so helpful
Experience was good to begin. Car then broke down that evening and it was impossible to get ahold of anybody until 10 am the following day, leaving me stranded and spending an excess amount of $$ on Uber rides. It’s been 4 days since then and it has continued to be a struggle getting in touch about next steps/refund. Emails have gone unanswered for days and communication via phone has been slim to none. Hoping this might finally get someone’s attention.
