This company was able to help me get a vehicle when I was delayed and unable to get my reserved car from another provider, so that was greatly appreciated. However, when I handed the employee my phone so she could review my insurance information, she posted a positive Google review for herself without my knowledge. This is deceptive and disingenuous behavior that is both false advertising and a violation of my privacy. Very disappointing.
