I rented a car for two days for $236. I returned the car on time, handing the keys to an attendant in the garage. When I got charged, they charged an extra $618 on my credit card saying I was an hour late. I tried to call and the lady said they would look at it and adjust it within a week. I waited an no adjustment came. I tried several times to contact them in various ways but to no avail. I contacted AMEX and they said they would contact them. Later AMEX said I had to prove when I dropped it off. They are scammers.
I reserved a car 1 week prior to arriving in TB for my birthday weekend, when I got off my plane I went directly to the desk. The Kaldean behind the counter told me oh, I just tried calling you but you didnt answer ( maybe bc I was on the plane moron!) so I cxl your reservation. His next sentence was Oh, but I can get you into an SUV for an xtra $200. Really dumb ass, if I had wanted an SUV, I would have gotton it!
