Executive VP I am an executive of a publicly traded corporation and American Registrar is our transfer agent. Honestly, I have never been anything but happy with their service. They are extremely professional and know what they are doing.
These guys are in the wrong business American Registrar has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Patrick usually answers the phone, one of the two employees they have. No surprise it takes 5 days for them to respond to your request. I called in to inquire about a transfer request and he told me to submit my inquiry in formal writing and fax it to him! Paralegal This was one of the worst telephone contacts I have ever had. I have never posted a review before as I like to generally give people the benefit of the doubt, but this conversation was surreal. On February 15, 2008, I spoke with someone at American Registrar & Transfer Company, hoping that he could provide me with some information regarding a stock certificate that a deceased client had had in his possession.
