The donations department staff are super and very attentive to the comfort of the donors. Whitney, Holley, Lindsey, Jackie, Tacara, Jamie and Devi are all a credit to the Red Cross.
I recently left the Roanoke VA location on Church Ave. I had attempted to make a donation, but the techs ran into issues and it couldn't be completed. When trying to find the vein, the technician missed or caused trauma in that area, and a hematoma formed that became swollen and painful. They couldn't reset the computers, so the other arm wasn't an option, so I lost over an hour and left rather uncomfortable.
