I donated platelets here today and Kirby and Lacey were very welcoming even with my autistic ramblings. Turns out we have a lot in common haha. Kirby even drew one of my favorite anime characters on a Christmas card! Jasper was cool, too. I admire his patience. I refuse to donate blood anywhere but here.

I have given blood on numerous occasions, the process is often very stressful for me. Not here, this location and it's staff are truely amazing. From the second I walked in there was nothing but smiles. Every one of the women I interacted with while donating was super kind, respectful, and made great conversation with me. They made the experience not only stress-free but fun and enjoyable. I don't even mean they made it fun for a blood donation, I mean I would choose donating blood here over going to see a movie. Went there today. Lady w short black hair was VERY rude. Rushed out my daughter even tho she was feeling sick. The only good experience was the young guy who was very kind to her. But the lady w black hair told him to not help her. Get rid of the rude lady!
