The inexperienced phlebotomist missed my vein, and when asked to help fix it the other staff attempted to - causing me tremendous pain and seemingly not caring about it. When I asked for them to stop I was met with a knife and snarky remark. Find another place to donate.
Great place for BLS skills session. We had Brian as our instructor, he’s an experienced EMT who essentially goes through all aspects of the course in the start and then helps you develop those skills as habit when practicing; and by the time you’re done with the class, you feel very confident and ready for the real-life scenario. The center is very clean and well structured, the equipment is great. Definitely will go there for recertification.
