My son-in-law moved to Montana for work and hasn't established residency yet, he has been looking for a place to rent for my daughter and children to join him. My son-in-law was displaced due to a fire in his Airbnb last night. He contacted the Red Cross for assistance and was told to bad so sad since he was not a Montana Resident, he was told he could go to a homeless shelter, WHAT????? I've donated probably 5-6 times, and I've tried to make it a habit, but it just isn't worth it. The Red Cross on Wilson is HORRIBLE. Every single time I've had an issue. Either the appointment was given to someone else, or they closed early that day, and today was the last straw....I drove in with my daughter and was informed that my two-year-old could not enter with me due to COVID-19...OK fair, but do you think that's something you might want to mention in one of your 17 SPAM emails confirming that I'm coming to my appoint... read more

I took an online course for a certification from their website. The course was expensive and frustratingly glitchy, slow, counterintuitive and uninformative.
