I volunteer at the Red Cross. When there was flooding in Miami, I was giving out emergency supplies to people who were devastated by the flooding⛑️
Signed up and PAID for red cross CPR course for infants, have receipt, instructor would not let me in classroom bc not on their list yet have confirmation. Traveled 30 miles to get here. Because of THEIR clerical error could not take course. Registered with 2 other people who were on list. Had to stay in area as I was driver. Instructory very arrogant and rude. I cannot recommend this course at Red Cross.
