Today I had a blood donation at the Red Cross and everything was going smoothly up until the machine wasn’t pulling enough blood from my arm and the phlebotomist Jazmine requested the help of her colleague Melissa. Melissa came over and started adjusting the needle in my vein, and when I told her it burned two times she said I should look away. Prople are nice and professional but they are always playing music on theit cell phone turned up....i assume they are paid employees ? I dont know many businesses that allow their employees to play loud music when dealing withvthe public
I was planning and hoping to be able to donate whole blood. My transportation did not work out.
