This was the worst experience of my professional life. I took the Instructor course. The instructor wanted to cancel because there were only four of us...I took off work to complete the training. I have never had a worse instructor. She treated us like idiots and could not stay on task. I have used medical care for real and it was clear she never had. I was able to convince my employer to swap to another organization.
