Head of HR is worthless
My parents booked an upcoming cruise and need to cancel due to unexpected triple bypass surgery for my 83 year old father. Company not helpful in moving dates or offering any type of alteration plan. Do not book through this cruise line.
Such a wonderful and unique experience along the river. American Queen is a historic landmark at this point. Staff is fantastic!!
I'm a veteran river cruiser having started in 2001. I have taken 3 cruises on the American Queen fleet this year, with 3 more booked for next year. It is such a unique vacation, being able to "get away" from the hustle and bustle of every day life. There are activities on the boats and on the great shore stops, so can stay as busy as you like.
