Customer service is alive and VERY well at American Profit Recovery. I have recently contracted them for collections service and the training and support have been phenomanal. I have been dealing with Aubreigh and Fenton exclusively, both affable professionals. They also have very easy to navigate proprietary software.
This company really helped us organize and collect on our accounts receivable in an ethical and intuitive way. I highly recommend APR - I wish I had found them years earlier!
Terrible company. Terrible reps, avoid at all costs.
