You will absolutely get ZERO help if you have a problem with your equipment! Our playground has been down since August! They never answer the phone or return your call, emails go unanswered for months as well. Sad that you spend thousands of dollars for “quality” equipment and get warranty that is worthless. Then you want to BUY the part you need you can’t even purchase them! Buyer beware!
