Celia is very helpful. She was quick on getting me my dad's policy when he passed. Now, Judith is my agent. She has been very helpful also. She is helping my grandson on his policy. When I need something she's always quick to come to my house and assist me. She'll even come and collect my money from home if I can't get out there. Very good people. Just got off a call with a lady named Josie. She was very rude and did not even seem to know how to do her job. Her tone was very distasteful and she assumed I was calling to get information on my grandmother to which I had to correct her bc I was calling about my deceased mother. She was very insensitive people like her should not be in this type of work.

Tried calling them after my mother died...was on hold with same recorded message for over 20 minutes. I was able to get an operator, who said she'd transfer me to a Claim Rep, but was put into the same hold/horrible screeching sound/"all reps are busy..." message for so long I finally gave up.
