Third day on hold hours and hours nobody answers the phone life insurance
If you are looking for life insurance go elsewhere, company was sold and new agents are very rude! No customer service at all
I have been on line waiting for hours and nothing, I am wondering if this is even true company, I have call all the agents they just keep sending me to different people, but noone still doesn't know what is going on. I have been very patient,they just don't seem to care. I want to see if they will even respond after I have posted my complaint. Or help me.
Went in to get info on policy. Very rude people. Didn't know much. Blamed on the computer being down probably because they were getting ready to close.
Celia is very helpful. She was quick on getting me my dad's policy when he passed. Now, Judith is my agent. She has been very helpful also. She is helping my grandson on his policy. When I need something she's always quick to come to my house and assist me. She'll even come and collect my money from home if I can't get out there. Very good people.
